The Care Network of Converse County
About Us
Our Mission
To connect residents of Converse County with services, resources, and support that enhance health, independence, and quality of life through inclusive community-driven solutions.
Care Network of Converse County was founded on a simple belief: no one should have to face life's challenges alone.
We are a community-based nonprofit dedicated to helping residents of Converse County access essential services, resources, and support that improve quality of life and promote independence.
Our first initiative is providing safe, reliable, non-emergency medical transportation for neighbors who need help getting essential care--including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those traveling to life-sustaining dialysis treatments.
What began with a need to help local dialysis patients has grown into a broader mission: helping ensure that no one in Converse County is left without a way to reach the care they need.
As Care Network of Converse County grows, we look forward to expanding our impact by identifying and addressing other unmet needs within our community. At our heart, we are neighbors helping neighbors.
Together, we are working to keep care, compassion, and support within reach for the people of Converse County.
Reliable Transportion
We provide non-emergency transportation that helps residents access essential medical care. Our goal is to remove transportation barriers and ensure vulnerable individuals can safely reach the treatments and services they need.

Serious health challenges affect more than just patients—they impact families, caregivers, and entire support systems. We are committed to helping connect residents with resources, assistance, and compassionate support when they need it most.
Community Outreach
Strong communities are built when neighbors help neighbors. Through collaborative partnerships, local education, active community fundraising events, and community engagement, we work to identify unmet needs and create solutions that improve quality of life throughout Converse County.
